Theo Arpotz
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager
Theo Arpotz has an analytical background. He has more than 30 years of work experience obtained at multinationals DSM and QCP. He brings over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs (QA/RA).
Theo started his career in (research) analytics at DSM. After a study business management, he joined DSM Dyneema in 2004. He was responsible for Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) for the implantable UHMWPE fiber Dyneema Purity®. He continued his career at DSM Biomedical where he implemented QA. Among others, he led Quality and Lean Six Sigma projects focusing on quality improvement.
In 2017, Theo left DSM to start at QCP. His responsibilities included quality management, compliance, SHE and regulatory affairs. In 2019, he founded his own consultancy on quality management and compliance.
Theo joined Hy2Care as QA/RA Manager in 2020, responsible for implementing quality assurance, regulatory affairs and establishing quality awareness within the company. Besides Hy2Care, Theo also supports other start-ups with his expertise.
