Luc Starmans

Luc joined Brightlands Venture Partners (BVP) in 2021. He has a broad experience in healthcare and life sciences.
Luc is Investment Manager of BVP Fund IV and Chemelot Ventures. In these capacities, he acts as a shareholder representative or board member for several portfolio companies, including Hy2Care. Prior to joining BVP, Luc spent seven years as strategy consultant in the health and life sciences practice of KPMG.
Luc holds a MSc and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and performed his academic research at Philips Research (Eindhoven) and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (Baltimore, USA).
