Georges de Méris
Chairman Supervisory Board
Georges works as an independent consultant at Joanknecht Corporate Finance. He has worked as a Chartered Accountant in the international financial and asset management sector and as a corporate lawyer.
As a representative of a number of informal investors, he fulfils the role of shareholder and supervisory director at various health science companies. He is also a supervisory director at Coöperatie Dela.
Georges graduated as an economist and lawyer from the Free University of Amsterdam. He also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and as a Mediator. From different roles he is experienced in the field of corporate finance, acquisitions and stakeholder management.
