Esther Adam-Haine
HR Manager
Esther Adam is a widely experienced HR advisor since 1995. Her experience stems from working with and for a broad variety of companies such as Sphinx Sanitair Maastricht, Stork Limburg and FaGro Consultancy.
She is self-employed since 2004 and mainly works for start-ups within the Maastricht Health Campus, Maastricht University and the Chemelot Campus in Geleen, next to already established companies in other industries.
Her activities vary from developing and implementing employment conditions schemes, cooperating with HR suppliers/specialists, drafting and adjusting employment contracts, employee participation and communication. She also acts as a sparring partner for management in drafting and implementing personnel policies (inflow, promotion and outflow) and change processes, taking into account strategy, people, processes and operations. In 2019 Esther joined Hy2Care as HR Advisor.
